The problem
Appointments were taken over the phone and written into a register. The front desk could only see the day’s schedule from the desk itself, reschedules meant striking through entries, and patients had no way to book outside clinic hours.
What we built
A booking system with two sides. Patients pick an available slot from any device without calling. The reception team works from a hidden admin panel where they can see the full calendar, add walk-ins, reschedule, and manage the day without touching the register.
